Yes, you can register at any time, even during the colloquium either via your mobile phone or laptop at www.PragueONCO.cz in the registration section. Alternatively, a counter will be available at the registration point, where you can register and pay directly at the cash desk.
I am not sure if I should also order lunches for registration. Can I buy them during the event at the venue?
Yes, you can buy lunches during the colloquium as well. However, the number of lunches that can be purchased on the spot is already limited, i.e. it is ideal to decide in advance and possibly order lunches already when filling out the online registration.

Yes, the hotel has a large accommodation capacity, and therefore it will most likely be possible to book accommodation on the spot at the hotel reception.

Yes, as a colloquium participant, all you have to do is state the password “PragueONCO” when reserving a room (or write in an e-mail when requesting accommodation) and you will receive a discounted price. You can find the price and detailed information on accommodation here.
