The above prices are per room and night including breakfast and 10% VAT. In the event that the VAT rate changes before the start of the congress, the congress secretariat will automatically change the price of your accommodation and will subsequently inform you of this change in writing.
In the event of cancellation of bindingly ordered accommodation capacities by the customer, the supplier is entitled to demand payment of cancellation fees (contractual fines) from the customer as follows::

Parking
Parking is possible at the congress venue. The costs of parking are covered by each participant himself.
Special price – flat rate for 3 days CZK 500/car or CZK 200/car/day (discounted price applies on floor P2) – paid at reception or through car checkers, if they are located on the conference floor.
Parking on floor P1 (Fénix Shopping Center) – the first 3 hours are free and each additional hour is CZK 50 – you pay directly at the parking meters.
